Her research interests include education, labor, and development. She is particularly interested in the interaction of families and schools in education production, women's labor market outcomes, and the determinants of achievement gaps. She has previously served as a research fellow in the Women and Public Policy Program (WAPPP) at Harvard Kennedy School (2020-2021).
