Prior to joining Concordia University, Gabrielle was a postdoctoral research fellow at Evidence for Policy Design. At EPoD she worked with the LEAPS team, creating educational material and partaking in research projects. Her research interests lie in Development and Labor Economics, focusing on education policy in low- and middle-income countries. Gabrielle received her PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has a Master's in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. in Math from St. Francis Xavier University.
