Catherine is also a collaborator of the Chaire de recherche en évaluation économique des programmes publics in Quebec, Canada. She completed her PhD at the University of Toronto in August 2021 and has been working with the LEAPS team since 2019. She has published in the Journal of Development Economics on the effects of Wikipedia access in Malawian secondary schools. She also co-founded the Graduate students in Economics of Education Zoom seminars and was involved in several Women in Economics groups, including the Canadian Women Economist Committee as a student member.
